POWER DESCRIPTIONS
What do your powers do? How controlled are they? How do they affect your character and the people around them. Please be rather specific if you can.
APPEARANCE
Standing at 5'7" , he's not exactly tall. Morgan has always looked a tad younger than his actual age, much to his annoyance. His rounded face, soft skin and bright blue eyes have all made him victim to gross sloppy kisses on the cheek from adoring relatives, on top of general teasing from his friends.
He's quite slender and feels the cold easily, and isn't athletic at all. In fact his stamina is pretty low, and he seems to walk a bit slower than his peers.
Morgan tends to dress pretty plainly - most of his wardrobe consists of neutral colours. He's fond of wearing layers, and usually wears hooded jackets and scarves, even when indoors. He always wears the same old pair of beaten up sneakers no matter the occasion. He basically practically lives in them. Truth is, it's kinda hard to find shoes that fit his small feet, or at least that's his excuse.
Morgan has both ear lobes pierced, his small silver studs are mostly hidden behind his chin-length blonde hair though. He's constantly nagged to get it cut, but a combination of laziness and actually liking longer hair makes him resist doing so.
He can't deny that he looks a little feminine but he doesn't like having it pointed out by others. Morgan has never been entirely happy with his appearance, but at 16 he's come to accept that there's some things he can't change. He just hopes he's due another growth spurt or something.

PERSONALITY
Although soft-spoken, Morgan is anything but shy. He'll happily chat away in a carefree manner and is pretty outgoing. Still, he's more of a follower than a leader as he hates taking responsibility for things.
He's incredibly lazy, especially when it comes to anything serious. Procrastination is his worst habit.
Morgan is easily annoyed and quick to feel jealousy. He definitely holds grudges and can be pretty bitter when someone's done him wrong, even if it's a mistake or misunderstanding. Rather than being physically aggressive, Morgan is loud, moody and tends to cut people off.
Aside from that, Morgan tries to take life easy and goes with the flow. He's honestly just as likely to smile as he is to frown. He can be thoughtful, but these days he's more likely to treat himself than other people.
He's somewhat vain and materialistic - he simply loves owning things and going places, often spending money as soon as he gets it. He's especially envious of anyone who looks remotely flashy or stylish, but he can never fight the fact that he lives for his own comfort. He's more likely to admire people quietly from a distance. Rather than hanging out near anywhere deemed "cool" or "fancy" , Morgan is content enough eating at fast food or coffee shop chains, loitering around the local park or hitting game arcades. On the odd occasion, he can be found in the more expensive areas of town in an awe-inspired daze, sometimes coming across the people he admires - leaving some to believe he has stalker-like tendencies.
Even though he's fun-loving, his quiet nature means he very frequently feels ignored. He craves attention but doesn't want to make such a huge effort to change who he is.

BIOGRAPHY
As an only child, Morgan has forever been fussed over. To make matters worse, he grew up surrounded by grandparents, aunties and uncles. His mother had him at an older age, and the arrival of her son came as a big surprise. She's always been lazy and an under-achiever, having constantly lived with parents even when bringing up her son. They'd all hoped he wouldn't turn out the same and placed a lot of expectations on him.
He was always encouraged to be more confident, to get involved with things, to think about the future. But it was hard to fight what seems like his inherited carefree nature.
His hobbies were almost non-existent and his school grades were average at best.
So when his family first realised there was something unique about him, they all felt hopeful.
It was hard to detect at first. The first few instances were brushed off as just luck. Leaving clothes out to dry whilst dark grey clouds began to loom, really hoping the rain wouldn't hit. Then running out in a panic at the sound of rainfall...only to find the heavy shower missed only their small garden, whilst drenching everywhere else. Surely it was just luck. But then stranger things started happening. After being yelled at for his slipping grades, Morgan really didn't want to go to school. His mind went through different scenarios in his head. What if he suddenly became sick? Maybe he should fake it. Or better yet what if something ridiculous happened and the school was snowed in or something? That'd be pretty funny. Unlikely, but funny. But it happened. A freak snowstorm covering the entire road leading up to the school.
What were the chances? It was brushed off yet again. But small incidents like these kept happening to the point where their local village was about to be investigated by meteorologists due to these odd weather anomalies.
Thankfully his family took him seriously before it got out of hand. It was summer, and Morgan really wanted a cold drink. But his glass of water was already lukewarm, and he moaned to his grandmother about it. Only a few seconds later, before both of their eyes his entire drink had turned to ice and the glass was completely frosted over. There was no denying it. The boy had strange powers.
Although they were all hesitant to send him away, his family desperately hopes he can learn to control it properly and use it to achieve something in life.
Morgan isn't bothered either way, he's just glad to be away from his overly-affectionate and annoying family.
